Israel's Ambassador to Angola, Mr. Rafael Singer, visited the site of TAHAL's Quiminha Project, currently underway in Angola. The Ambassador toured the various project components, including the agricultural extension centre, water storage reservoir, village housing units (310 in number) and educational complex.

Among other things, the Ambassador received an update on projects in the various provinces of Angola in which TAHAL is currently involved, as well as the recently completed undertakings in the framework of water supply infrastructure and regional planning. The Ambassador was accompanied by Mr. Yakov Orenstein, Project Manager, and Mr. Gil Etzion, Vice-President, EPCM Division.

The project village, public buildings, and water supply and agricultural infrastructure are at present in an advanced stage of construction.
